Step 1: Access Job Listings

Based on your membership tier, you can post job listings on the Parrot Performers platform. To get started, go to your account management area and navigate to the Job Listings section where you can create a new job listing.

Step 2: Create a Job Listing

Ensure you fill in all the necessary details to attract the best talent that fits your needs:

• Job Title: Clearly define the role you are hiring for.
• Description: Provide a detailed job description outlining the responsibilities, requirements, and expectations.
• Pay Rate: Specify the pay rate to set clear expectations.
• Availability: Mention the start date and expected duration of the job.
• Other Details: Include any other relevant information that can help candidates understand the job better.

Step 3: Publish Your Listing

Once you’re happy with the details of your job listing, click Save to publish it. Your listing will then be visible to all logged-in users on the platform.

Step 4: Receive and Review Applications

When performers apply for your job, you’ll receive an email notification. Additionally, an option will be created on your account page to access and review the applications. In your account management area, you can choose to:

• Hire: Select and confirm the candidate for the job.
• Reject: Decline the application if it doesn’t meet your requirements.
• Contact: Use our platform’s messaging service to communicate further with the candidate and ask any additional questions.

Step 5: Communicate with Candidates

If you choose to contact a candidate, use our messaging service to discuss the job details further. This feature allows you to communicate securely and efficiently within the platform.

Step 6: Hire the Right Candidate

Once you’re happy with a candidate, click Hire to finalize the selection. This marks the beginning of your professional relationship, and you can start working together immediately.
